Shipping Policy

Alchemy by LA, herein referred to as "the Company," processes customer orders within two business days of receipt, with processing originating from our headquarters in Los Angeles. Please note, however, that this processing time may be extended during sales events and new product releases.

While the Company strives to ensure prompt delivery, we are dependent on third-party courier services for the final delivery of orders. As such, the Company cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time and is not liable for any delays that occur during transit.

For orders shipped outside of the United States, please note that they are subject to additional time due to courier processing and customs regulations. The Company is not responsible for any customs or import taxes associated with your order. In the event of a refusal of an international package, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us for potential redelivery options. Please note refunds will not be issued for orders declined upon receipt.

Solid Gold orders are individually crafted and require special attention; hence their delivery times are extended to between 5-15 business days. These orders are customized and are non-returnable under any circumstances due to their personalized nature.
