Return & Exchange Policy

Here at Alchemy by LA, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange might be necessary. We're here to help make this as simple as possible. Just visit our Return Portal and make sure to comply with these four straightforward steps:

Initiate the return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the order's delivery date.

Ensure the item(s) you're returning or exchanging are unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Send the item(s) back to us within 14 calendar days from the day you received the return authorization from us.

Remember, all returns need our approval. We'll review your request and, assuming everything is in order, approve it promptly.

Warranty

We're proud of the quality of our products. That's why we offer a warranty for any items found to be damaged within 60 days of the delivery date. Just email us at support@alchemybyla.com with your order number and a few pictures showing the damage. We'll review it, and if the damage is covered by our warranty, we'll either repair or replace your item at our discretion.

Please note that this warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or any alterations or customizations you've made.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We sincerely appreciate your trust in Alchemy by LA. We strive to make your shopping experience seamless, and we understand the disappointment that comes with complications during delivery.

If your package gets lost or is mistakenly delivered elsewhere, we're here for you. Please let us know, and we'll file a claim with the courier on your behalf.

However, if your package is marked as 'delivered' but you can't find it, it's a bit more complex. Neither our team nor the courier typically covers this situation. We understand how frustrating this can be and encourage you to reach out directly to USPS or the respective courier service. They may be able to help you out further.

Remember, the safety of your package, once it's been marked as 'delivered', is your responsibility. But you're not alone in this—we're always here to offer our support and guidance. Should you have any further concerns or inquiries, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
