Shipping & Returns
Your order is processed and shipped from Los Angeles. Orders are processed within two business days of purchase but may be delayed during sales and new drops. Please note all delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and cannot be guaranteed.
Additionally, all orders shipping outside the United States may be subject to courier and customs delays.
We are not responsible for customs or import taxes. If an international package is refused, the customer is responsible for contacting us and attempting to deliver it again. We will not refund a customer if their order is declined.
Solid gold orders are custom-made to order and therefore are strictly non-returnable. Please allow 5-15 business days for Solid Gold orders to be created and shipped.

Return & Exchange Requirements
To start a return or an exchange, please visit our Return Portal.
- The customer initiates a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item(s) is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in its original packaging.
- The item(s) is mailed back within 14 days of the return authorization.
- All returns require approval.
There is a warranty for damaged items within 60 days of your delivery date. Please email email@example.com with the order number and supplemental photos to open a warranty request.
Lost or stolen packages
The customer's responsibility is to request a claim via USPS or the shipping courier service.
