The Original Amulet
With a diameter of 22 mm and a depth of 2 mm, the Original Amulet carries a substantial presence without being overwhelming. It weighs between 6 to 8 grams, making it a comfortably weighted piece for daily wear. This Amulet comes with an 18-inch chain, adding to its substantial presence.

The Mini Amulet
Our Mini Amulet, with a diameter of 12 mm and depth of 2 mm, offers a delicate alternative. Weighing between 3 to 4 grams, it's perfect for those who prefer subtler jewelry or for children. It comes with a 16-inch chain, making it a delightful and delicate piece.

Chain Details

The chains accompanying our Amulets are handcrafted in Italy from .925 Sterling Silver and dipped in 18k Gold. They are robust, elegant, corrosion-resistant, and nickel-free, featuring a secure spring clasp for easy wear and removal.

Chain Length Guide

• 14-inch Chain: Tightly hugs the neck as a choker, perfect for high necklines or wearing over clothing.
• 16-inch Chain: Lies perfectly around the base of the neck like a collar. Ideal for low to plunging necklines.
• 18-inch Chain: Sits on the collarbone and is the most versatile length, suitable for both casual and formal attire.
• 20-inch Chain: Falls just below the collarbone, great for a necklace that you want to layer or wear as a single statement piece.
• 22-inch Chain: Hangs at or just above the neckline, excellent for more dramatic, eye-catching accessories.

Sterling Silver
Gold-plated sterling silver jewelry can last beautifully with the proper care. Maintain its shine by wearing it daily and removing it before showering, exercising, or swimming. To keep your jewelry looking its best, store it in a sealed plastic or dry cloth bag and use a polishing cloth to remove any tarnish or dirt. Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, such as chlorine or bleach, as these can damage the gold-plated sterling silver.

Solid Gold Care
Our solid gold (14k, 22k) pieces will not oxidize or discolor due to their natural resistance. The 14k alloy lends our pieces their beautiful, subtle hue. Despite its durability, solid gold deserves love too. Maintain its beauty by lightly scrubbing with a toothbrush and warm water.

An amalgamation of metals, including things such as brass or nickel, would likely create a cheaper amulet that might remain looking aesthetically the same for longer than .925 sterling silver plated in solid gold, but at Alchemy, while we prioritize beauty, aesthetics, and artistry, the spiritual aspects of our jewelry comes first.

Therefore, some people with certain body chemistries might experience natural antiquing of the sterling silver amulet with daily wear.
