Good day, fellow Alchemists:

Words create our reality.

But it isn't just our words, it's our thoughts and actions, how we carry ourselves, and our attitudes towards events that truly manifest our experiences. Everything from our appearance, to our health, and even our financial situation can be changed in a way that benefits us, as long as we are willing to act in accordance with our desires. If you want to be healthy, then you should live like a healthy person. Go on a hike, dance, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, do all the things a healthy person would do naturally, and low and behold, you will become healthy.

It won't just be the change in lifestyle choices that will have improved your health, but the change in your attitude towards your well-being that will encourage a healthy mind, body, and spirit. This principle of changing one's attitude can be applied to any type of manifestation.

If you want to attract a better financial situation, logic would tell you to save money and exercise restraint. While this is sound advice, it doesn't include the aspect of acting AS IF you are already RICH! It may sound counter-intuitive, but spending more money will actually help manifest the level of financial stability you desire. Take yourself out to a nice expensive restaurant that you normally wouldn't go to, or buy a present for someone that you've been meaning to spoil.

Actions like these will send this message to the Universe: I've got money to spend!

The life you want will only manifest when you have fully committed to the role that you must play in order to attain it. Becoming who we want to be is as simple as acting out a character on stage. The Universe will respond accordingly to your thoughts and emotions, almost as if it's your co-star during a performance.

Together, you and the Universe will tell a story of wild success and unlimited abundance!

All you must do is play the part.

With love and sincerity,
