LIFE DOESN’T HAVE TO MAKE SENSE

LIFE DOESN’T HAVE TO MAKE SENSE

The well-known astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson once said, "The Universe is under no obligation to make sense to you." This quote intended to inspire those who pursue the mysteries of nature and help them disconnect from their preconceived notions of how things should be rather than how they actually operate.

But what if we embraced the idea that life doesn't have to make sense? What if we surrendered to the unknown? Has anyone actually figured out life definitively before? Most of us expected to understand life's purpose more fully as we aged, yet the world still puzzles us.

Spirituality teaches us that we are all part of a greater whole, interconnected with each other and the universe. From this perspective, life takes on a new meaning. It's not about figuring everything out or making sense of every situation but instead trusting in life's flow and allowing ourselves to be guided by a higher power.

We often cling to the idea that life should make sense because it gives us security. After all, through understanding comes control. But the truth is, Alchemist, life is unpredictable and often beyond our ability to navigate. And trying to be in charge of all the moving parts causes us more problems than we can solve.

When we let go of the need to make sense of everything, we create space for the unknown and the unexpected. We open ourselves up to new experiences and possibilities, allowing life to unfold in its own way. This doesn't mean we stop trying to understand the world around us. On the contrary, we can approach it with a sense of curiosity and wonder, without the pressure to make sense of it all.

We must maintain faith that our experience on this planet is not easily wasted, no matter how we go about it. Every moment of every day has an impact on our soul's growth. Wherever it may lead us, our lives follow a mysterious will that has guided humanity up to this point in time. It has also guided you to this present moment and, therefore, must be in divine order.

Trust in the journey, Alchemist, and let life surprise you.
